Asus VG236H with 120 Hz refresh rate
Asus VG236H is a 23 inch computer monitor having a refresh rate of 120 Hz which means this panel is compatible with Nvidia 3D Vision Kit. This monitor has plenty of ergonomic options and also DVI and HDMI ports. Cost of this product is $500 along with the 3D vision kit (without it, the price is $340). I won’t say that this is an expensive computer display, especially with the features that it offers. But for $30 less, there is the tempting Samsung PX2370 which is a much better performer along with some good OSD options. One thing that bothered me about the Asus VG236H is the green tint. You can make some adjustments to get rid of it but it is a chore. Performance of the monitor too is far from perfect. I would recommend this panel only if ergonomic options and 120 Hz refresh rate matter a lot to you. Asus VG236H is a glossy monitor with a piano reflective black front body. On the back, it is all plain matte. The screen of the monitor is quite glossy; I could see my  [...]

Asus MS238H review– Ergonomic problems
Asus MS238H doesn't have any major drawbacks and the price is too quite low at $190. The price initially gave us an idea that the manufacturer must have cut corners with regards to quality in order to keep the cost low. There only one gripe with the design, the screen gets tilted back by ten degrees and this makes it difficult to view it. The monitor will also easily topple with a slightest of push and the picture also has some green tint. Apart from that, the performance overall is quite good and the unique footstand adds to the aesthetic appeal. The performance, though not the best, is acceptable for a budget monitor shopper. But if you spend $100 more, we will recommend you to go for Samsung PX2370 or XL2370 because the performance is superior. The Asus MS238H never stands at a 90 degrees angles and always tilts back by ten degrees due to the wheel stand. The stand doesn't let the monitor to topple over when you knock it from the sides. But the  [...]

Asus VH236H review – Budget 23 inch monitor
Asus VH236H costs about $190 and for that price, you get DVI, HDMI ports, headphone jack, and built in speakers. The performance in games and movies is great. The downsides of this panel are that it doesn’t have much ergonomic options and the OSD menu is frustrating. However, we still think it is a great but considering the quality and the low price. If you want more style, you can check out the Samsung SyncMaster P2370 which is very sexy, gives the same performance but costs a lot more at $285. Samsung panel doesn’t have as much connection options either. Footstand and ergonomic options rating (6/10) The circular footstand of the Asus VH236H is 4.25 inches in diameter. The display wobbled a lot when we knocked it from the sides. Ergonomic options are scarce on this display. It doesn’t have pivot option and nor can you swivel the screen. You can only tilt the screen back by 25 degrees. Connectivity  [...]
